RETURNING TO TUESDAY!
Tonight, I’ll be offering my neighbors a dish that my Sister #3 serves on the streets of Saigon each evening – Bún Riêu. BUT, my Bún Riêu will have one big difference – I’ll be preparing the VEGETARIAN version of this classic Vietnamese rice vermicelli soup having a richly-pungent, tomato-based broth.
Various culinary gems – fried tofu cubes, and an assortment of herbs and vegetables – will find their way into the unique Vietnamese-flavored broth and the bún rice noodles.
