For the first time, I’ll be preparing this vegetarian treat, Bún Xào Chay!
It’s a delicate and delicious salad composed of fine rice noodles, sliced tofu, mushrooms, leeks, shredded carrots, and bean sprouts. It will be topped with roasted peanuts and a yummy soy sauce dressing.
I’ll also included several deep-fried vegetarian wontons filled with mung beans, taro and mushroom -YUM!
