My delicious home-made chicken Phở soup. I begin my Phở Gà broth by boiling whole chickens (not just a few select pieces) with a blend of Vietnamese herbs and spices. The chicken is free-range, of course. (In Saigon, free-range chickens roam the busy streets and alleys of the city of 15 million! Here, they’re more relaxed as they roam the gardens and fields of Petaluma.)
My Phở broth will be filled with tender & moist chicken meat and topped with cilantro and chopped green onion. In a separate container, you’ll find my classic phở rice noodles and fresh Vietnamese herbs & greens to add to the soup. I hope you’ll enjoy my Phở Gà as much as Emeryville’s Quyen (originally from Vietnam) did when she said,”Phở Gà so delicious.
